The RTDC is a Massachusetts non-profit corporation. A nine-member
Board of Directors has fiscal, policy and general management
responsibility.

The RTDC Board of Directors meets monthly. The Directors are currently defining a committee structure that will further expand the expertise available to the RTDC and also involve more members of the community. One example: a capital access committee composed of people with strong contacts in the venture capital community and those people – lawyers and bankers – who understand the intricacies of developing relationships with venture capital groups.
The RTDC Advisory Committee is also designed to bring a wide range of expertise to the RTDC program. It currently has about 30 members. |
